PMS Integration & Information for customer greeting
Integrating with the PMS system, upon visitor check-in, the customer name will be pushed to the room facilitating a personalised customer service greeting. Originally the system was to integrate with Hotsoft PMS but laterally this was changed to, Techotel.dk.

Custom on-hold music
SenSys created Celtic style custom on-hold background music for the Grafton Hotel. The music was then programmed into the 3CX system.
Web client & Mobile App
Having access to the web client and mobile app ensured that communication could continue remotely during Covid-19 lockdown. Calls were rerouted during this time. For example, the night porter could use the mobile app as he conducted his patrols.
SenSys trained a staff member at The Grafton Hotel to train their own staff in the use of the 3CX system.
The call queue was routed to overflow in order service incoming calls during busy times rather than lose them.
Our technical team pre-configured 130 bedroom phones prior to installation. Various phone mounts were installed to suit the room style.
10 Yealink phones for admin areas which allowed for connecting reception, housekeeping, back office, food and beverage – bar, coffee dock. All phones connected to the new hotel 3CX system.

Hotel bedroom phones were preconfigured with four custom speed dials for the reception, housekeeping, bar and room service/kitchen.
