Working together with 3CX and Blueface on this project we will be providing a future-proof, best in class, pro-active support and VOIP service. The requirement for Pillo Hotel Telecoms:

The Pillo Hotel previously had an unreliable VOIP phone system. The existing system required updating to the latest version of 3CX, build a failover plan and port numbers to a new SIP trunk (VOIP provider).
The management of the Pillo hotel required a phone system and networking company who could provide a 365-day support agreement with an SLA for response times. The hotel management works hard to provide service excellence to their clientele and expected the same level of service from their phone system company so the Pillo Hotel got in touch with us at SenSys Technology.

The solution:

After meeting and understanding the brief at the Pillo Hotel in Ashbourne, SenSys Technology carried out a full technical audit of the hotel’s phone system and telecoms plans. We upgraded the software to the latest version of 3CX PBX software. We upgraded the hotels DECT network, so management and key staff could bring their extension anywhere in the property. We transitioned and ported all 100 phone numbers to Ireland s leading SIP trunk and call plan provider Blueface and configured failovers in the event of a system failure to ensure the hotel can make and receive calls any time day or night. The hotel has been set up with a SenSys CARE pro-active support plan so the SenSys team pro-actively monitor the health of the system and network and in the event of a fault the technical team is notified 24/7 so we can respond around the clock.
