SenSys Technology IP Security Systems division was engaged by Swissport to upgrade their CCTV hardware and network with state of the art IP security technology in line with the client’s brief.
Works were completed in Dublin, Cork, Shannon and Belfast airports.
Typically, the premises involved were large warehouses situated on the edge of airports and involve a considerable flow of cargo passing through x-rays, being processed and dispatched.
Our teams installed CCTV multi-sensor cameras. Internally, sites have multi-lens cameras with 360 views for the complete overview of their warehouses. Fixed bullet cameras were focused on x-ray machines using custom made brackets to bring 360-degree ceiling-mounted cameras to optimal height. Bullet cameras were fitted externally for added security. The brands used were Avigilon and Axis.
SenSys worked in tandem with Swissport regarding design, site security and with regard to the implementation of works and health & safety in an active environment involving a high volume of traffic and valuable goods clearing customs.
SenSys Technology and Swissport continue their relationship through our five-year maintenance + support agreement. This includes our 24/7 helpdesk, service level agreements and annual maintenance visits.
